About this training

Our 90 minute online course gives you an introduction to disability inclusion.

The session explains the social model of disability and the barriers disabled people experience. We use personal stories and experiences to show you how disability affects society and the world around you. Our training aims to give you practical knowledge to help change your organisation’s social and working culture.

The session is typically run by 2 of Scope’s following experts:

  • Elisabeth Ward, Lead Accessibility Specialist
  • LC Groux-Moreau, Accessibility Specialist
  • Sally Hooper, Inclusive Workplace Specialist

We’re based in the UK and our event times are BST or GMT. The session is hosted on Zoom.

This is a ticketed course with people from other organisations. If you want to run training for your employees only, we offer this session to businesses. Take a look at our introduction to disability training page for more information.
