Our 90 minute session:
- helps employees understand the challenges disabled people face at work
- creates a safe space to start the conversation
- encourages discussions that share new perspectives

Disability recruitment training
We know there’s so much disabled talent ready to work. But businesses often need help to recruit this untapped talent pool. Our disability recruitment training aims to help everyone feel confident hiring disabled employees.
Our 2 to 3 hour session:
- supports you to develop inclusive practices
- helps you understand how you can recruit more disabled people
- guides you on measuring and reporting on disability

Cost: £2,000 plus VAT
