Workplace disability inclusion companion pack Chapter 8

End of the programme

What you will learn in this chapter

  • Setting up an end of year review with your account manager
  • Giving us feedback about how the programme went
  • How we can support you after the programme ends
  • Working together on case studies and joint communications

So, you’ve completed the workplace disability inclusion programme. Now what?

End-of-year review

Your account manager will set up a meeting with your programme lead to discuss your progress in the last year.

Disability inclusion is an ongoing process. So even after your year with us ends, there’s plenty more we can help you with. See the other areas we can support you in Future opportunities.

Post-programme support

Your programme lead can work with you after your year has ended. You can book in follow-up reviews to track the progress of your inclusion commitments. This can help you to make sure you have everything you need to make meaningful change within your organisation.

This will also involve follow-up support with your dedicated account manager. As well as other teams within Scope, where appropriate.

See the other areas we can support you with Future opportunities. Please talk to your account manager to discuss post-programme support we can offer.

Programme feedback

We would also value your feedback on the programme and how it went for you. We would love to hear about:

  • what worked
  • what could have been better
  • how we can improve the programme in future

Case studies and joint communications

If you’ve made positive steps to improve things for disabled people in your organisation, we would love to hear about it. There are plenty of opportunities to feature in Scope for Business case studies on the website.

Please let your account manager know if you would also like to hear about:

  • further fundraising opportunities
  • volunteering with us
  • joint PR, comms and media activity

Partner with us

We believe partnerships can help us build a more inclusive and accessible society. One where disabled people experience equality and fairness.

To do this, we partner with organisations to work on larger strategic goals together. For wider social change. For their customers. For their clients. For their employees.
