  • Example year overview

Now, you can start planning your year.

Workshops and training

We have a range of workshops, activities and talks we can arrange for your organisation.

The following workshops make up our core programme:

  • Introduction to disability workshop
  • Workplace culture training
  • Introduction to accessibility workshop
  • Disability recruitment training

How you plan your year will depend on your individual organisation’s needs. For example, if your organisation publishes a lot of content across different media channels. Our accessibility workshop might be a good place to start. This is so your content teams can start learning about best practice.

Example year overview

Your year plan will be entirely bespoke to your organisation. Here is an example of what that could look like.

A road map showing a typical journey for a company going through the workplace disability inclusion programme. Starting with number 1, a policy review with programme lead. 2 Introduction to disability workshop. 3 Policy report and progress review with programme lead. 4 Workplace culture training. 5 Introduction to accessibility workshop. 6 Progress review. 7 Disability recruitment training. 8 End of year review with programme lead and finishing on a plus sign which says continued partnership opportunities. Markers along the journey show regular check in meetings with account managers.

Programme support

You’ll have a dedicated account manager and programme lead who will be with you every step of the way. They will be your first point of contact and will provide you with ongoing support and guidance throughout the programme.

Your account manager will work closely with you to tailor the programme to your organisation’s specific needs. Your account manager is here to help you make the most of all the resources and support available.

Regular reviews with your account manager and programme lead are a standard part of your programme.
